Article 1 [ Definition of Company Information ]

I understand and acknowledge that 'company information' as used in this pledge refers to all information related to the matters stipulated in Article 2, including trade secrets of the company acquired through my participation in the conference (information not publicly known that possesses independent economic value and is maintained as confidential through substantial effort, including production methods, sales methods, and other technical or business information useful for business activities) and know-how.

Article 2 [ Scope of Company Information ]

① Matters related to the company's overall management, including the current status of HR, organizational, financial, marketing, and IT operations

② Confidential matters concerning technologies related to product design methods, blueprints, manufacturing processes, manufacturing equipment, and other product manufacturing, production, or repair

③ Matters concerning research and development (R&D), including product R&D plans, work reports and logs, experimental data, research performance and analysis data, and new vehicle-related information

④ Matters pertaining to the company's plans, including business plans, production plans, and budgets

⑤ Matters related to the personal information of the company's executives and employees, customers, members, and employees of other companies

⑥ All other matters related to company management acquired during or independent of the performance of duties

Article 3 [ Compliance with Company Security Management Regulations ]

I will comply with the company's instructions for protecting company information and all of the company's security management regulations.

Article 4 [ Prohibition of Unauthorized Use / Leakage / Disclosure ]

I will not use company information for any purpose other than the performance of my duties, nor will I leak or disclose it to any third party without the company's prior written consent, until such information becomes public knowledge.

Article 5 [ Prohibition of Unauthorized Reproduction, etc. ]

① I will not reproduce any company information provided through this conference by any means, including copying, audio recording, or filming.

② I will not use unauthorized equipment (OA devices, communication devices, storage media such as USB drives, personal laptops, etc.) within the conference facilities, enter restricted areas, view unauthorized materials, or engage in any filming activities, and I will comply with all of the company's security regulations regarding access.
